Vegan Chickpea Quinoa Burgers

This recipe has all you need to power you to be a warrior today.

Ingredients:

12 oz of baby carrots

2 cups of chopped purple onion

3 cloves of fresh garlic

Paprika

Garlic power

Cumin

Braggs Liquid Aminos

Cooked Quinoa

8 cups of cooked chickpeas

4 oz water

Mixing Directions:

Blend chickpeas with water using Vitamix or a food processor.

Add everything in a bowl

1/2 cup chickpea flour

1 cup quinoa

2 cups gluten-free bread crumbs

 Put gloves on to mix all ingredients together.

Form patties and let sit in the refrigerator for 5 minutes

Cooking Directions:

Place patties on aluminum foil (spray with cooking spray beforehand)

Put in broiler for 10 min (each side)

Then stovetop for 5 min and flatten

Serving size: 21 Burgers. Store remainder in the freezer and enjoy when ready!
