It is energizing, packs in all the greens, and perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack.
Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

Handful of kale

1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup cucumber

1/2 lemon juice

1 tbsp flax seed

4 capsules of Activated Grass (open the capsules and pour the powder into the blender)

1 tsp spirulina

1 date
Method: Transfer all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
