I get it. But what if... you want to keep going without going through hell anymore. What if you are really tapped out? Have you ever felt like you just want to give up? I have experienced moments of such despair and feeling energetically, mentally, and physically depleted. H.E.L.L can look and feel differently for all.

What Does H.E.L.L Stand For In My World? 

Health-related issues - Colds, flu, migraines, serious illness, chronic pain, and disease that manifest in the body from excessive stress.
Exhaustion - physical and mental fatigue that does not allow us to function at our normal ability.
Lack - Moments of feeling unworthy, unloved, and unsafe. It is feeling as if there isn't enough time, resources, support, and/or love.
Lost Soul - Not asking for God's guidance and/or not taking it seriously.

H.E.L.L is

  • not trusting that life wants me to be healthy and happy.

  • is allowing the feeling of shame, worry, fear, lack, anger, guilt to control me.

  • is giving my power away.

  • is not speaking my truth.

  • is not living my soul-purpose.

  • is having "everything" according to society and still feeling empty.

  • is feeling so terrorized by life that I want to give up on life.

#2 Daily Meditation

To meditate is to be aware and listen. When things are great and when things are really shitty, meditating is a daily ritual.
WAKE UP, PRAY, MEDITATE.

I also go to my favorite Shaman's website for meditations. Check out MEDITATION BURSTS BY JULIAN DEVOE
NO PRESSURE. YOU CAN LEARN TO MEDITATE TOO! Breathe and let go of resistance for at least 15-20 minutes. Acknowledge any thoughts that come up and be patient with yourself. There are many different types of meditation, please take the time to find the one that works for you and your life-style. Feel free to let me know what works!

#3 Proper Nutrition

#4 Exercise

Physical exercise is A MUST for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being! It builds my confidence, releases stress, and helps me sleep better. I just have be careful not to be excessive! I move my body in gratitude to create MORE HEALTH and HEALING, NOT to do harm! How do you like to move? What is your favorite class?

#5 Affirmation Repitition

This is major in my life. I create a powerful word or statement that helps me FEEL empowered, safe, and supported. I write it, say it, record it, declare, and learn to naturally embody it. Give it a try!

#6 Mirror Work

I have a morning mirror work ritual that helps me heal, love and accept my flaws and start my day in a loving and gentle way. (trust me - not easy to do first thing in the morning, but very therapeutic) It may feel uncomfortable at first, but I urge you to watch this video and just try!

#7 Gratitude Journal

Every night and whenever fear comes up, writing down what I am grateful for reminds me that I am supported and loved. This helps me to allow more ease and satisfaction into heart. If you need an extra push to start your own journal ... maybe knowing that Oprah does it too will motivate you! ;0)

Remember you can wake up and replay the same thoughts that didn't support you yesterday or you can CHOOSE TO CREATE A NEW REALITY just by thinking a new positive satisfying thought.
